I’ve had a number of prescriptive easement/adverse possession cases lately, and these turn on the use of the property over time. The Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Department can provide aerial photos of the state. Even in the rural areas they’ll have at least one shot a decade, and in the more urban 2 or 3. Reasonably priced as well, with three sizes. You just send them the GPS coordinates or a link to Google Maps. They’re great to work with.

Also, at Kings River Title, two of our four offices are primarily decorated with historical photos of the towns they’re in. If you’re looking for these, the Arkansas Historical Commission has a large trove, but your county or city Historical Society will have many more.
