Lower Prices/Rising Delinquencies

The Wall Street Journal has a nice summary of the stats on most metro areas as of 4th quarter 2007, including the NW Arkansas corridor, Fort Smith, and Little Rock. The interactive map is here.

It will be interesting to see how much further we fell in 2008 and exactly where the bottom is.
