Little Rock bucks the trend

Our capital has one of the more resilient real estate markets in the country, with home prices increasing slightly. That trend continuing will likely depend on the result of the highest dollar deal in the state for 2008, Verizon’s purchase of Alltel. A dramatic reduction in workforce by Verizon, which is headquartered in New York, will be difficult to overcome.
